Paul Bavier is Chief Legal Officer of Sudo Biosciences. Before joining Sudo, Paul served as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at HilleVax, Inc., where he was a founding member of the leadership team and helped lead the company’s IPO. He previously served as General Counsel at VelosBio, Inc. (acquired by Merck & Co.), as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Avedro, Inc. (acquired by Glaukos Corporation), and as General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Development at Biodel, Inc.

Paul earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School and is admitted to the Massachusetts and Connecticut bars. He began his legal career at Ropes & Gray LLP.
