Dr. Rachel Eccles is Vice President, Translational Pharmacology of Sudo Biosciences. Prior to joining Sudo, Rachel held senior project leadership roles at BenevolentAI and worked as an independent non-clinical consultant supporting discovery, translational, and IND-enabling programs across a broad range of therapeutic areas. Earlier in her career, Rachel progressed through roles of increasing seniority at Pfizer, across the Genitourinary and Urology therapeutic areas and the Research Enabling Group, where she led multidisciplinary programs spanning diverse targets and therapeutic modalities.

Rachel holds an MA in Chemistry from the University of Oxford and completed a Doctorate of Philosophy (DPhil) in the Department of Pharmacology, University of Oxford.
