Waylon Parham is Vice President, Finance & Controller of Sudo Biosciences. Prior to joining Sudo, Waylon served in senior finance and controller roles at Glympse Bio, Altavant Sciences, and Syneos Health, where he led global accounting operations and oversaw complex revenue recognition and multi-GAAP compliance, including IFRS and UK GAAP. Earlier in his career, he held finance leadership and audit roles at Siemens Healthineers, Quanta Technology, Duke Progress Energy, the University of North Carolina Health Care System, and Arthur Andersen.

Waylon holds an MBA and a Master of Accounting, along with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, from North Carolina State University and is a Certified Public Accountant
